ABOUT - Stuart Riley - Artist Profile
I'm an experienced artist who has spent a number of years studying the use of different media, portraiture, life study, and landscape painting under the tutorage of experienced artists: John & Jayne Paige, Joanna Crawford, and John Russell.
I live in East Northamptonshire which borders on the counties of Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Rutland.
In fact I've used Rutland Water's Normanton Church for the subject of some of my paintings.
My main focus is painting using acrylics.
Subject matter includes portraits, life study, landscape, and the occasional still life.
I have had my work exhibited at the Kingscliffe Old Brewery Studios, the Stamford Art Centre, the Yarrow Gallery and via the Peterborough Artists Open Studios.
My work shown on this web site are available as original art whilst other pieces may be reproduced as Giclee limited edition prints.
